I cannot say enough good things about this diner/ restaurant. Every dish I've ordered tasted like mom's home-cooked meal. The owner Paul cares about the health of the community and has committed to the process of switching out seed oils with olive oil, avocado oil and ghee (clarified butter). He already cooks the French fries in beef tallow, which is incredibly healthy compared to vegetable oils. I am a health nut, so this GREATLY appeals to me. The menu is expansive and everything is cooked with care. The staff is unbelievably friendly!!! Literally every one who works there loves their job and you can tell. They treat you like family. They welcome you. Even when the restaurant is busy, they are on top of things. Such a contrast to many places these days. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. Very cozy. It's like being at home. I cannot believe I just now discovered this place. It's my favorite place to eat. You will be so pleasantly surprised by all of it. And they serve a complimentary slice of watermelon 🍉 sometimes as a little desert. The attention to detail and care is unmatched in my experience. Hands down my favorite place to eat.
